Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are offered as pre-orders. This policy explains how pre-orders work and how you can cancel one.

Pre-orders

When you pre-order, you are buying a product that is made to order and not yet in stock. Pre-orders are a one-time payment, not a subscription. You are charged the full price at checkout, there are no recurring payments, and we won't charge you again. If you pay with Afterpay, your instalments are managed by Afterpay.

Pre-orders are estimated to ship from mid-October 2026. If we expect a delay, we'll email you.

Cancelling a pre-order before dispatch

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it is dispatched and receive a full refund. To cancel, email hi@movanakids.com with your order number. We'll confirm by email and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. If you paid with Afterpay, the refund goes back to Afterpay and any remaining instalments are cancelled or adjusted.

After dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but our 30-day return policy applies. See our Refund Policy for details.
